Mindfulness is the art of becoming present in our lives. Literally, "stopping and smelling the roses." We can change our thought patterns, and our immediate reactions. We can change our our same-old feelings about the same-old things simply by taking a moment to slow down. I'll help you practice how to be present. The roses smell wonderful!
