Happiness is such an elusive and oddly defined term! How do we become happy? Happiness is living well with all dimensions of life. This means the good, bad, hard, easy, fun, not fun, stressful, not stressful. It is a skill that can be learned and practiced!

Life Coaching and Mindfulness Practice

Mindfulness is the art of becoming present in our lives. Literally, "stopping and smelling the roses." We can change our thought patterns, and our immediate reactions. We can change our our same-old feelings about the same-old things simply by taking a moment to slow down. I'll help you practice how to be present. The roses smell wonderful!

Hi! I'm Mia! I am a Certified Happiness Coach. I've been in practice for over five years, but now I'm growing my business. My practice is located in Helena, Montana, but I travel to surrounding areas doing what I love: helping people become happier! ​
